Who Can Be Listed on TrustFinance?

How to Check If Your Company Is Already Listed

Before claiming or creating a new profile, it’s important to check whether your company is already listed on TrustFinance. To do this:

1. Go to https://business.trustfinance.com
2. Use the search bar to enter your company name or website domain
3. If your company appears in the results, you can click “Claim” to begin the process
4. If no match is found, you can proceed by clicking “Create Free Account” to request a new profile

You can directly search for and claim your profile.

• New financial companies not yet listed

You can request to create your profile first, then claim it afterward.

Once your claim is approved, you'll receive login credentials to access the TrustFinance B2B Dashboard, starting on the free plan.

How to Claim your Business Profile

For Companies Already Listed on TrustFinance

If your company already has a profile on the platform:

1. Go to https://business.trustfinance.com
2. Search for your company
   Use your company name or website domain in the search bar.
3. Click “Claim” on your company profile
4. Complete the claim form
   Provide your name, contact details, and any necessary verification details.
5. Submit your request
   Claims must be made using a valid company email address.

6. Wait for confirmation
   Once verified, you’ll receive your username and password via email.

You can then log in and start using the dashboard features, including Review Invitation, Business Profile, Analytics, and more.

For Companies Not Yet Listed

If your company is not currently listed on TrustFinance:

1. Visit https://business.trustfinance.com
2. Click the “Create Free Account” button
3. Fill in your company information
   Provide your business name, domain, and a valid contact details.

4. Submit your profile creation request

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirming the profile creation, along with a unique link to claim your profile.

5. Follow the link to complete the claim process

After submitting the claim form, you’ll receive your login credentials by email and gain access to the TrustFinance B2B Dashboard.

After your claim is approved and your login credentials are issued, you’ll have access to the TrustFinance B2B Dashboard, where you can:

• Customize your Business Profile
• Manage and respond to Reviews
• Invite customers using the Review Invitation feature
• Analyze Traffic & Reach and Review Insights
