Founded in 2021 by two university students, Young Women Into Finance (YWIF) is a UK-based organization focused on bridging the gap between ambitious female students and leading financial firms. Its mission is to support and empower young women by providing a platform for networking, mentorship, and career development. YWIF organizes a variety of events, including workshops, insight days, and panel discussions with industry professionals, to equip its members with the skills and connections needed to succeed in finance.
