TxVia
Information by Research TrustFinance
Founded in 2008, TxVia was a US-based technology company that developed a next-generation processing platform for prepaid cards, mobile payments, and other emerging payment technologies. Its core offering, known as "Prepaid 2.0®," was a highly configurable, hyper-parallel processing platform that enabled issuers and program managers to easily launch and manage complex payment programs. In 2012, Google acquired TxVia to leverage its robust platform and industry relationships to strengthen the backend infrastructure for the Google Wallet service, which has since evolved into Google Pay.
