Tulsa Real Estate Fund (TREF) was established as a real estate fund and crowdfunding platform designed to enable non-accredited investors to invest in the revitalization of urban communities. Its mission was to address gentrification by pooling capital from the community to acquire and develop properties, including apartment buildings, commercial real estate, and affordable housing projects. TREF utilized the JOBS Act's Regulation A+ framework to raise funds, positioning itself as a vehicle for economic empowerment and wealth creation, particularly within the Black community.
