Established in 2013 by the Group of Friends of the Syrian People, the Syria Recovery Trust Fund (SRTF) is a country-specific, multi-donor trust fund designed to channel funding from the international community in a transparent and accountable manner to finance and implement projects inside Syria. Its mission is to alleviate the suffering of the Syrian people by restoring essential services, rebuilding infrastructure, and promoting economic recovery in opposition-held areas, thereby fostering resilience and stability.
