Founded in 1905, the Swiss Association of Actuaries (SAA) is the professional organization for actuaries in Switzerland. Its mission is to promote actuarial science, maintain high professional standards and ethics among its members, and represent the interests of the actuarial profession. The SAA also serves as a key contributor to public and political discussions on topics related to insurance, pensions, and financial risk management. It is a full member of the International Actuarial Association (IAA) and the Actuarial Association of Europe (AAE).
