Founded in 1953, the San Francisco Police Credit Union (SFPCU) is a not-for-profit financial institution originally established to serve the members of the San Francisco Police Department. It has since expanded its field of membership to include a broad range of first responders, law enforcement personnel, and their families across California. As a member-owned cooperative, SFPCU's mission is to provide its members with competitive financial services, including savings and checking accounts, loans, and investment products, with a focus on the unique needs of the public safety community.
