Founded in 1994, Salisbury Neighborhood Housing Services Inc. (SNHS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, a chartered member of NeighborWorks America, and a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Its mission is to cultivate sustainable neighborhoods by providing partnerships and lending that inspire self-sufficiency, homeownership, and community development. SNHS offers a range of services including homebuyer education, financial coaching, foreclosure prevention counseling, and various loan products for home purchasing and repairs, primarily aimed at low- and moderate-income individuals and families.
