"Raiffeisen NetWorld" is not a standalone company but was the brand name for the online banking service offered by the Austrian Raiffeisen Banking Group. The central institution and parent company of this group is Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). RBI is a leading Austrian corporate and investment bank with a significant presence in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Originating from the cooperative banking movement established by Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen, the bank has grown into a major international financial institution. It provides a wide range of financial services, including corporate finance, investment banking, and, through its network banks, comprehensive retail and private banking solutions to millions of customers across the CEE region. The online banking service "Raiffeisen NetWorld" has since been updated and rebranded to "Mein ELBA" for its Austrian customers.
