The Programa Presidencial de Becas Honduras 20/20 was a government-led initiative under the administration of President Juan Orlando Hernández. It was an integral part of the "Honduras 20/20" national economic development plan. The program's mission was to foster human talent by financing higher education and specialization for Honduran citizens in fields considered strategic for the country's growth, such as tourism, agribusiness, textiles, and technology. Following the change in government administration in 2022, the program ceased operations and has been succeeded by new scholarship initiatives.
