Established in 1972 as a public trust of the State of Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority (OSLA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to making higher education more accessible. Its mission is to provide student loan solutions so that Oklahomans and students across the United States can pursue their educational goals. OSLA acts as a national servicer for Federal Direct Student Loans on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education and also offers its own private student loan program, the OSLA A+ Loan, primarily for Oklahoma residents or students attending eligible Oklahoma institutions.
