Founded in 2000, NeighborWorks Capital is a national non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) created to serve the network of NeighborWorks America organizations. Its mission is to support the creation and preservation of affordable housing and strengthen communities by providing flexible financing products, such as predevelopment, acquisition, and bridge loans, along with specialized technical assistance to its member organizations across the United States.
