The Jiweze Improved Productivity Programme is a strategic partnership between Kenya's Micro and Small Enterprises Authority (MSEA) and the Mastercard Foundation. Launched as part of the "Young Africa Works in Kenya" strategy, its mission is to create dignified and fulfilling work for young people, particularly young women. The program focuses on strengthening Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) by providing comprehensive business development services, facilitating access to finance, and creating linkages to markets, with the ultimate goal of enhancing productivity and fostering job creation within the sector.
