Guardianship Services of Seattle (GSS) is a non-profit agency founded in 1999 to address the community's need for qualified and compassionate professional guardians. The company's mission is to improve the quality of life for incapacitated adults with physical or mental disabilities who are unable to make responsible decisions regarding their personal and/or financial welfare. GSS acts as a court-appointed guardian, providing services that include guardianship of person and/or estate, trust services, and acting as an agent under a power of attorney.
