The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) have issued public warnings, adding the entity and its associated websites to their blacklists for offering investment services without the required authorizations. The entity is not a registered company but a name used to carry out investment fraud.
