The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) is a public authority established in 2009 by Law no. 10, responsible for the regulation and supervision of non-banking financial services in Egypt. Its mandate covers the capital market, insurance sector, mortgage finance, financial leasing, factoring, and securitization. The FRA's primary mission is to ensure market stability and competitiveness, protect the rights of stakeholders, and foster a fair, efficient, and transparent non-banking financial market to support the growth of the Egyptian economy.
