Originally founded as Frederick County Bank in 1996, FCB Bank became a division of ACNB Bank in 2020. ACNB Bank itself was established in 1857 in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. As a division, FCB Bank continues its mission to be the independent community bank of choice in its market, focusing on building client relationships and serving the financial needs of individuals, families, and businesses in Central Maryland through a variety of products including checking/savings accounts, loans, mortgages, and treasury management.
