Founded in 1988, Community Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF) is a national non-profit organization with a mission to improve lives and strengthen communities through innovative financing. As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), CRF connects community-based lenders with the capital resources of the secondary market to bring more loans and investments to underserved people and places. CRF provides small business loans, funds for community facilities, and New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing to support job creation and economic development across the United States.
