Originally chartered in 1948 as the Washington County Teachers Federal Credit Union, the institution rebranded in 2021 to Community Connect Federal Credit Union to better reflect its expanded community charter. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, it is owned and operated by its members. Its mission is to provide quality, member-focused financial services, including savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, and digital banking, while maintaining long-term financial stability.
