Circle of Care is a private non-profit organization dedicated to serving children and youth in New Jersey with complex needs, including behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges. As a designated Care Management Organization (CMO), its mission is to facilitate a "Wraparound" model of care, which is a family-driven, team-based planning process. They partner with families to create individualized service plans that build on their strengths and connect them with community-based resources and support services to help them achieve their goals. The organization was founded to ensure children and families have access to a comprehensive and coordinated network of care.
