Bank of Commerce Holdings was a California-based bank holding company established in 1981. Its primary subsidiary was Redding Bank of Commerce, a community bank focused on providing a wide range of financial services to small to medium-sized businesses and local professionals in Northern California. The company also operated Sacramento Bank of Commerce, a division of Redding Bank of Commerce. On October 28, 2022, Bank of Commerce Holdings was acquired by and merged into Columbia Banking System, Inc. (which has since merged with and operates as Umpqua Bank), ceasing to exist as an independent entity.
