Established in 2020, the Australian Sustainable Finance Institute is an independent, non-profit organisation with the mission to help create a sustainable, resilient, and inclusive financial system in Australia. ASFI brings together senior leaders from across the finance sector, including major banks, superannuation funds, insurance companies, and investment managers. Its primary role is to coordinate and drive the implementation of the Australian Sustainable Finance Roadmap, which outlines recommendations for aligning finance with sustainability goals, managing climate-related risks, and mobilizing capital for a net-zero economy.
