Allegis Advisor Group operated as a holding company for a network of independent financial advisory firms, including notable broker-dealers like Cadaret, Grant & Co., NEXT Financial Group, and Securities Service Network (SSN). The group's mission was to provide technology, practice management, and a supportive infrastructure to independent financial professionals. In 2017, the entire network was acquired by Atria Wealth Solutions, a wealth management holding company, with the goal of further enhancing the tools and resources available to the affiliated advisors. Since the acquisition, the "Allegis" brand has been phased out, and the individual firms have operated under the Atria Wealth Solutions umbrella. In February 2024, LPL Financial announced its agreement to acquire Atria Wealth Solutions.
