Founded in 2008, ViiP (Vrouwen in institutioneel Pensioen) is a Dutch non-profit foundation ("stichting") dedicated to supporting women in the institutional pension industry. Its primary mission is to promote the visibility and advancement of women to senior and executive positions within the sector. ViiP achieves this by organizing networking events, knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and a mentorship program, fostering a strong community for professional development and connection among its members.
