Neighborhood Housing Services of the Inland Empire (NHSIE) is a non-profit organization and a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that has been serving the community since 1981. As a chartered member of the NeighborWorks® America network, NHSIE's mission is to create innovative homeownership opportunities and provide comprehensive housing services for underserved families and communities. Their services include homebuyer education, financial coaching, down payment assistance programs, various loan products, and foreclosure prevention counseling to promote neighborhood revitalization and sustainable homeownership.
