ISITC is a not-for-profit, volunteer-led organization that brings together broker/dealers, custodians, investment managers, vendors/utilities, and other financial services professionals to develop and promote standards that improve efficiency. Its mission is to support the implementation of standards, promote automation, and encourage straight-through processing (STP) throughout the securities transaction lifecycle, from trade execution to settlement and reconciliation. The organization achieves this through industry working groups, forums, and conferences that address market practices and regulatory changes.
