Founded in 1993, the Education Credit Union Council (ECUC) is a national trade association in the United States composed of credit unions serving the education community, including students, faculty, and administrators of schools, colleges, and universities. Its mission is to champion these specialized credit unions by providing a forum for collaboration, capacity building, and leadership within the broader credit union movement, ultimately aiming to positively impact the world of education.
