Computershare Voucher Services was one of the United Kingdom's largest providers of childcare vouchers, a government-supported initiative designed to help working parents with the cost of childcare. The service, legally operated by Computershare Plan Managers Limited, allowed employees to sacrifice a portion of their pre-tax salary in exchange for vouchers to pay for registered childcare, providing savings on tax and National Insurance contributions. Following a change in UK government policy, the Childcare Voucher scheme was closed to new applicants on October 4, 2018.
