Aspiro S.A. was established as part of the Cyfrowy Polsat capital group to provide financial intermediation services in Poland. The company's mission was to offer accessible financing, primarily loans, to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises by leveraging the extensive distribution and sales network of Cyfrowy Polsat and Polkomtel. In 2017, as part of a group restructuring, the servicing of Aspiro's loan portfolio and its core operational activities were transferred to and absorbed by Plus Bank, another entity within the same capital group.
