ANBIMA (Associação Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais) is the Brazilian association that represents and sets standards for a wide range of financial market institutions, including commercial banks, investment banks, asset managers, brokers, and distributors. Founded in 2009, its mission is to strengthen the Brazilian capital market by acting on four pillars: representing its members' interests, self-regulating market activities through codes of conduct, informing the market with data and price references, and educating professionals through certification programs and initiatives.
