WorkSafeNB, legally the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, is an independent Crown corporation responsible for workplace safety and workers' compensation in New Brunswick, Canada. Established under the Workers' Compensation Act, its mandate is to promote healthy and safe workplaces, prevent injuries and occupational diseases, and provide comprehensive rehabilitation services and compensation benefits to injured workers and their families. It is funded entirely through assessments paid by employers and the income generated from its investment portfolio.
