Wind River Development Fund (WRDF) is a non-profit organization and a certified Native Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) dedicated to serving the residents of the Wind River Indian Reservation in Wyoming. Its mission is to foster economic growth and financial independence within the community, which includes the Northern Arapaho and Eastern Shoshone Tribes. WRDF provides financial products and development services, such as business loans, credit builder loans, individual development accounts (IDAs), and financial literacy training, to help build assets, create wealth, and support local entrepreneurship.
