Operating primarily under the brand name UFX, the company targeted retail investors globally. It was authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number 239/14. However, the company faced regulatory scrutiny, was fined by CySEC in 2017, and ultimately renounced its license in 2021, ceasing its regulated activities under this entity. The UFX brand now appears to be operated by a different company, UFS Capital Limited (License 412/22).
