As a non-producing Third-Party Administrator (TPA), RMS does not sell or manage financial assets, instead focusing on providing independent, conflict-free consulting and administrative services. Their mission is to partner with employers and their financial advisors to create and maintain compliant, effective, and customized retirement plan solutions, including 401(k), 403(b), and cash balance plans.
