Founded in 2012, NPL Management S.p.A. is an independent financial intermediary specializing in the management and recovery of non-performing loan portfolios on behalf of banks, financial institutions, and investors. The company manages both secured and unsecured credits, for corporate and retail clients, handling all phases of the recovery process, including both extra-judicial and judicial actions. It is enrolled in the register of financial intermediaries pursuant to art. 106 of the Italian Consolidated Banking Act (TUB), operating under the supervision of the Bank of Italy.
