Founded in 2008, the York University Student Investment Fund (YUSIF) is one of Canada's oldest and largest student-managed investment funds. Its mission is two-fold: to provide an unparalleled educational experience for its members in financial analysis and portfolio management, and to generate positive returns on its portfolio to support scholarships and bursaries for students at York University. The organization is structured like a traditional investment firm with teams of analysts, portfolio managers, and an executive committee, offering students practical experience beyond the classroom.
