Overall Thought
My last experience with derivwas horrible , the customer service agent acts like a robot , not taking into cons what I said to her; Deriv is an online platform where people can trade but their market execution is poor and they are very strict with certain markets, their demo is not flexibe at all. if you trade on deriv with $100 and below, you are bound to make more loss than profit. it was a terrible experience.

Hi Kabidev, Thank you for sending your proof of address. However, your documents have failed our standard checks. Due to this, we regret to inform you that we’ve disabled your Deriv account permanently CR6591064 and freeze your balance with it as per our terms and conditions But my address proof already verified. And i withdrew my funds three time. But They blocked my account and saying my document didn't pass . They didn't refund my money. Please don't try this scam website If you take profit continuously your account will be deactivated. ..

My last experience with deriv customer service was horrible , the customer service agent acted like a robot , not taking into cons what I said to her; Deriv had an online platform where traders sell each other dollars and the seller decides which payment method they prefer, however it turns out deriv has no idea how to deal with payment methods that are not bank transfer, since the only method they ask for as evidence is the bank transfer. I wish they could train their agents to think outside the box
