Founded in 1999, Working Solutions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved entrepreneurs. As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), its mission is to provide affordable small business loans, microloans, and free, personalized business consulting to individuals who face barriers to accessing capital from traditional lenders, with a focus on women, people of color, and low-income individuals.
