Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, LLC was a US-based, award-winning specialty mortgage servicing company that provided a wide range of services to banks, investors, mortgage insurers, and government-sponsored enterprises. Founded in 2008, the company focused on managing and servicing non-performing and re-performing residential mortgage loans. Its services included special servicing, loss mitigation, REO (real estate owned) management, property valuations, and title services. The company grew rapidly during the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis but faced regulatory scrutiny before being acquired by Selene Holdings LLC (a subsidiary of Selene Finance LP) in early 2016, at which point its operations were integrated and the brand was retired.
