WesGold Fellows is the flagship youth education program of The West Philadelphia Financial Services Institution (WPFSI), a non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). The program's mission is to empower the next generation with the keys to financial freedom. It operates as an eight-week paid summer internship for high school students, offering a robust curriculum that covers essential topics such as financial literacy, real estate, credit, and entrepreneurship, supplemented by professional development workshops and networking opportunities with industry leaders.
