Founded in 2001, the Warm Springs Community Action Team (WSCAT) is a Native Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Its mission is to foster community and economic vitality, self-sufficiency, and pride on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation through leadership development, enterprise support, and community and financial empowerment. WSCAT provides a range of programs and services, including small business support, financial education, an Individual Development Account (IDA) matched-savings program, and youth programs to build a foundation for a prosperous and resilient community.
