Founded in 2011, VA Inversiones EAFI, S.L. was a Spanish company dedicated to providing independent financial advice and comprehensive wealth management services. As one of the first EAFIs (Empresa de Asesoramiento Financiero) registered with Spain's regulator (CNMV), the firm focused on discretionary portfolio management, family office services, and investment vehicle management for its clients. In May 2021, VA Inversiones was fully integrated into the structure of atl Capital Gestión de Patrimonios, a larger wealth management group, and subsequently ceased to operate as an independent entity.
