The platform enabled small and mid-sized businesses (SMEs) to auction their invoices to a global network of institutional investors, providing a flexible and competitive way to access working capital and improve cash flow. The company's mission was to make business financing more efficient and accessible. The Receivables Exchange ceased its operations around 2018.
