The Saudi Exchange, formerly known as Tadawul, is the official and sole stock exchange in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Established in its current form in March 2021 as a subsidiary of the Saudi Tadawul Group, it is the successor to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) which was founded in 2007. The Exchange's mission is to provide a reliable and efficient platform for listing and trading a diverse range of securities, including equities, Sukuk & bonds, and ETFs, thereby supporting Saudi Arabia's economic growth and aligning with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by creating an advanced and attractive capital market for both local and international investors.
