The Robert Owen Community Banking Fund was a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Wales, created to provide fair and accessible finance to people and businesses unable to secure funding from mainstream banks. Inspired by the principles of Welsh social reformer Robert Owen, its mission was to support local economic growth and financial inclusion. The fund has now ceased its operations, and all its business has been transferred to its sister company, Fair And Honest Loans, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Purple Shoots charity.
