ReadyForZero
Information by Research TrustFinance
Founded in 2010 by Nagji and Ignacio Thayer, ReadyForZero was a Y Combinator-backed startup that offered a free web and mobile platform for debt management. The service allowed users to link all their financial accounts (student loans, credit cards, mortgages) in one place to create and track a personalized debt repayment plan. The platform provided tools, progress tracking, and reminders to help users pay off their debt faster. The company was acquired by online lender Avant in February 2015. However, Avant later shut down the ReadyForZero service in August 2016 to focus on its core lending business.
