Red Hat Quay is an enterprise-focused container registry platform used to manage, store, and secure container images and other OCI (Open Container Initiative) artifacts. It provides developers and DevOps teams with tools for version control, access management, and vulnerability scanning through the integration of the Clair open-source security project. Originally a product of CoreOS, which founded the Quay.io project, it was acquired by Red Hat in 2018. Quay is available as a hosted service at Quay.io, as a standalone software product, and is deeply integrated into Red Hat's OpenShift platform.
