Founded in 1922, Pulaski Bank was a community-focused financial institution headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. It provided a comprehensive range of banking products and services to individuals, families, and businesses, including personal and business checking/savings accounts, mortgage lending, and commercial loans. In a deal completed in April 2017, Pulaski Financial Corp., the parent company of Pulaski Bank, was acquired by First Busey Corporation. Following the merger, Pulaski Bank was fully integrated into and rebranded as Busey Bank, with all its branches and operations continuing under the Busey name.
