Prospect Mortgage, LLC was one of the largest independent retail mortgage lenders in the United States, offering a comprehensive portfolio of home loan products, including FHA, VA, conventional, and jumbo loans. Founded with a focus on direct-to-consumer and retail lending, the company grew significantly through both organic expansion and acquisitions. In February 2017, Prospect Mortgage's assets and operations were acquired by HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc. Following the acquisition, Prospect Mortgage's operations, employees, and branch network were integrated into the HomeBridge platform, and the Prospect Mortgage brand was subsequently phased out.
