Founded in 2008, Professional Bank was a community bank headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida. It focused on delivering a concierge-style banking experience to small and medium-sized businesses, professional service firms, and high-net-worth individuals in the South Florida region. The bank grew significantly, eventually becoming publicly traded on the NASDAQ under the ticker PFHD. On July 31, 2022, Professional Bank was officially acquired by and merged into Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida, and all its operations and branding now continue under the Seacoast Bank name.
